Being real or on stage

Once we realise our professional self, we express our own true reality. Before that we are merely actors on a stage someone else has put up and directs. My life is all about finding one’s professional self and help others to do the same. It only took some time to discover it and understand what the consequences are for my working life and career. What about you? Are you still an actor or are you about to jump off that stage?
