I know everybody is waiting for more News on how we are progressing the with Holistic Incubator for Leaders. Well, you’ll have to bear with me for some more weeks, as people from all over the world have started to get involved, enlarging our opportunities.

Just today, I would like to share a poem of my friend, the American poet Sharon K. Richards, on how she perceives “We”, “I” and “Humanity”. Thank you Sharon for allowing me to publish it on my blog and all of you out there reading: please tell me how her poem resonates with you… Here it comes – Yours, Martina Violetta Jung

We are I
How often have you heard it?
“Humanity is one.”

Where souls meet
there’s no you,
no me –
just  WE.

And WE are one.
WE are humanity.
Humanity is one.
Singular.
We are “I”.
I, humanity.

I, humanity, now struggle,
but I will heal,
I will survive.
I will uphold my place
within the Plan
and fulfill my destiny.

In realms as yet
unseen,
unmanifest,
unmeasured
there’s no you,
no  me,
nor  they
nor we.
Only Unity and One.
I.
I, humanity.

I, humanity,
will become all I am meant to be.
I will be the path of
Love and Light
for all Life seeking to return.
A lighthouse, I, in this
corner of the universe.

The process of life takes us through constant changes, daily in our jobs as well as on a personal level. Our company secretary, who covers our backs with the administration, just announced her resignation. She is someone my wife, Martina and I rely on, so this change is a factor that we need to take into our stride, in an already busy schedule. We will need to restructure our working conditions. And train someone new, who would fit as well to our needs. This could take a lot of energy. If we do not pay attention to the way in which we feel emotionally about the changes that we go through, there are bound to be consequences. This has been my observation from over thirty years experience of working with people as a psychotherapist and coach. My company is not called People in Process for nothing. I practice what I teach. read more

My name is Jean-Luc Karleskind. I am a French national, married with 4 children, living in Luxembourg. For the last one and a half years I am researching around the world, which factors will determine our well being in the XXIst century. How can a city, a local community and each of us influence these factors based on a commitment to humanity, sharing and co-responsibility?
