The Wholeness Equation
You = Wholeness = Sustainable Success = A World Worth Living In For Everyone
Illuminating and entertaining speech of 60 minutes
“Wholeness” has emerged in discoveries of a vast variety of sciences as nature’s most basic drive. All living beings have been hard wired to strive for connection and unity above virtually any other impulse. But where does that unity and wholeness show?
Scientifically speaking, a human being is a human feeling with the ability to think. Our intrinsic approach to life and the world is a heartfelt, intuitive way to see us permanently connected with everyone and everything. But we have been brought up, trained and guided differently, predominantly in the western world.
As of our childhood, we have been guided to zero in on the individual. We have been trained to think and see ourselves as separate from others as well as from our environment. We strive for our own well being first. We are the subjects; everybody and everything else is an object. We rely on our analytical thinking capabilities and our sensory impressions. With this approach, we are able to comprehend 4-5% of “the world out there”; but we believe, we have understood it all. As a consequence, we have disconnected from wholeness by the way we observe, think, speak, feel and act. The same is true for our approach to success in career and business, gaining something for us at the cost of others, the planet and a sustainable future for mankind as a whole. The fragmentation, separation, destruction and upheaval we observe in our world are only a measure of the vast disparity between the definition of us in our head and our truest nature. And as long as we don’t fix this disparity inside of us, we operate against the world of wholeness and neglect sustainable success.
To reclaim our wholeness as an individual, a businesswoman or businessman, a leader of many others, there are a number of ways, on which she will elaborate.
